i3 Clinical Information System

The i3 Clinical Information System is a comprehensive, collaborative, interdisciplinary communication system through which we gather, record, store and share information about patients. This is completed by the use of computers on the nursing units and various departments. The patients and functions you are able to access are controlled by the security and configuration
related to your username and role.

All personnel who use i3 Clinical Manager system are required to complete a training session. You will be advised of the training time on arrival. Each user is then issued his or her own unique code. This code becomes the user’s signature in the system.
